Jennalreed.com offers visitors nutrition and health/wellness information and coaching, and is not a substitute for licensed medical care. As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Jenna L Reed does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition. Nothing Jenna L Reed or Jennalreed.com shares with the public or clients is intended to substitute for the advice, treatment or diagnosis of a qualified licensed physician.  FDN-P's do not make any medical diagnoses or claims, nor substitute for a personal physician’s care. It is the role of an FDN Practitioner to partner with clients to provide ongoing support in an opt-in model of self-care.

Cancellation Policy: 

 

Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointments. Any sessions canceled within the 24 hour window will be charged the entire cost of the appointment. 

 

All rescheduling must be done prior to the 24 hour cancellation window. If there is an emergency, the client can reschedule within the same week of the initial appointment to avoid incurring the entire cost of the appointment fee.
